For patients with severe teeth grinding, we have a specific oral appliance with a hard plastic part instead of the soft one that will not get damaged by the teeth excessive pressure. 

Some patients use thin dental guard in case of severe bruxism and teeth grinding to prevent teeth movement and damaging the oral interface.
