Central Sleep apnea, or CSA is a neurologic condition and as such can't be treated with iNAP. 

iNAP only acts upon the obstructions in the upper airways (behind the tongue and soft palate). CSA is an exclusion criteria for iNAP, so patients suffering from CSA can't use iNAP.
