iNAP has been cleared for commercialization for patients in the USA by the FDA (class II device #K193460). So we need a prescription from a licensed clinician in the US and the patient needs to have an address in the US for us to dispense iNAP.

Canada doesn't follow the FDA, but has its own regulatory agency. iNAP is not yet registered with this agency unfortunately.
