- Make sure you downloaded the correct app on the Android or Apple store. It should be iNAP Lab+ (not iNAP Care).
- Power cycle your iNAP: keep pressing the button until it turns off and on again.
- Power cycle your phone: turn the phone off and on again.
- Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
- Open the app to retry pairing. When scanning the QR code, make sure you scan the entire QR code on the bottom of the console.
To try pairing the devices again:
- From the app's Home screen, tap Device
- Tap the plus sign +
- Select iNAP Sleep Therapy
- Next, you have two options for adding your device
- Tap QR Code and take a picture of the QR code on your machine OR
- Tap Search for Device and you can select the machine's Serial Number from the list of Bluetooth devices that your phone locates near you
- If pairing is successful, click Continue to complete the process
- If the pairing fails, please make sure the device is within range and retry.
