5. Is there a credit check?
No credit check is required for the Essentials plan.
6. Is this covered by insurance?
At this time, the iNAP Essentials program is not reimbursed by insurance, but it’s priced to be competitive with typical out-of-pocket CPAP costs even with insurance.
7. Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. After the initial 3 months commitment where we coach you and help you to be successful, you can cancel anytime by returning the console of iNAP and its charger. After receiving it back to our address in California, we cancel your subscription, no strings attached!
8. What happens if the device needs repair?
Your device is covered under our limited 2-year warranty. If anything goes wrong, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
9. Who is eligible for iNAP Essentials?
Any patient with a prescription for iNAP Sleep Therapy from their provider is eligible. iNAP is approved by the FDA for all severity of Obstructive Sleep Apnea, even the severe cases (AHI > 30).
