Like every medical device, some patient need several weeks to three months to adapt and become successful with iNAP. We have several companion tools and coaching tips to make most patients benefit from the therapy.
if you are a membership patient (subscription program), and after giving it a try for at least three months and you don't feel the treatment is working for you, just contact us at service@somnics-health.com and our team will give you instructions on how to return the device and which parts of the device to return. Once we receive the device and it is in good working order, we'll stop your subscription.
